Colchester require a point to be certain of staying up and head into the clash three points above relegation rivals Sutton United, who are at MK Dons, with a superior goal difference of four.
It is the second time in the space of a month that Colchester will have one of their games shown live on Sky Sports, following on from their trip to play Mansfield Town last month.
As a result, iFollow coverage of the game is now only available to those outside of the UK - watching from home remains an option with NOW TV day pass.
