A HILAROUS genre-spoofing post-Christmas show is to return to Colchester next week.

Miss Mimple Meets The Ice Wolf will be coming to Headgate Theatre from January 8 to 10 as part of Common Ground’s traditional festive comedy spoof.

The show described as a panto alternative, is a mash-up of “amateur sleuthing, gangsters and werewolves”.

The plucky Miss Mimple, who is also a part-time dog trainer, will be investigating the case of half man, half wolf, half frozen desert who has been terrorising a region of the Italian alps.
