A Cow: Travellers suffered disruption near Wivenhoe
TRAINS to and from the ‘Sunshine Coast’ were delayed due to a cow on the line between Colchester and Wivenhoe.
The delays were for up to 20 minutes but no services were cancelled, according to train operators Abellio Greater Anglia.
The disruption happened between 9am and 10.45am, by which time the cow had been removed.
The cow is believed to be fit and well after its ordeal, the spokeswoman added.
